How do I determine my correct size in Taos Footwear?
Most of our shoes run true to size, but we recommend consulting our detailed Size Guide found on each product page for specific European-to-US conversions.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in their original packaging. Please use our online portal to initiate a return or exchange for a different size.
Are your footbeds removable for custom orthotics?
Many of our styles, including our active sneakers and certain boots, feature removable Curves & Pods® footbeds to accommodate your personal orthotics.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We are looking into expanding our shipping options to international customers in the near future.
How should I clean and care for my Taos shoes?
For leather styles, we recommend a damp cloth and leather conditioner. For canvas styles, spot cleaning with mild soap and air drying is best; never machine wash your shoes.
