Print Your Label
Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn footwear in its original branded box and secure it inside a shipping carton with the prepaid label attached to the outside.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
